Automatic Renewal Terms

Membership Options:

  • Monthly Membership: $30 per month
  • Annual Membership: $300 per year (Includes a 30-day free trial if started by September 30, 2024)

Automatic Renewal Consent

By purchasing a membership to “The Vault,” you agree to the following terms:

1. Automatic Renewal:

  • Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
  • For the Monthly Membership, your subscription will renew every month at $30 per month.
  • For the Annual Membership, your subscription will renew every 12 months at $300 per year.

2. Free Trial (Annual Membership Only):

  • If you sign up for the Annual Membership before September 30, 2024, you will receive a 30-day free trial.
  • After the 30-day free trial period ends, your credit card will be charged $300 for the annual membership unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3. Cancellation:

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting the “Cancel Membership” option or by contacting customer support at inquiries@morethanheart.com.

If you cancel:

  • Unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the start of your next billing period, you will be charged and have access to the “Vault” for the next billing period.
  • After Cancellation, you will continue to have access to the “Vault” for the remainder of your billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or any other reason or event, unless required by law to do so.
  • The Monthly Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month.
  • The Annual Membership will remain active until the end of the current year, and you will not be charged for the following year. If you cancel during the 30-day free trial, your card will not be charged.
  • If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact our Support Team at support@morethanheart.com
  • If you believe that your own local law requires a refund and have not received it, please contact refund@morethanheart.com and provide the account number and location information.

4. Acknowledgment:

  • Upon purchasing a membership, you will receive an email confirmation with details about the automatic renewal, how to cancel, and the terms of your membership.

5. Notice of Renewal for Annual Membership:

  • For the Annual Membership, we will send a reminder notice 30 days before your renewal date. This notice will inform you of the upcoming charge and provide instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to renew.
