Community Room

Community Support Room

Someone Who Has Walked This Road Is Already Waiting for You.

It’s 2am. You’re scared, exhausted, and the question you need answered can’t wait until morning. The Community Support Room is where real people caregivers, aging adults, and professionals show up for each other. And it’s more than community. Every video, clip, webinar, and masterclass “Sam” has created lives here. Live Q&A’s. Real answers. On demand, whenever you need it. Not a forum. Not a chatbot. A room full of people who understand and every resource you need to walk through it with them.

Employee Benefit

Employee Benefit

Your Employees Are Caregiving Right Now. Most of Them Haven’t Told You.

1 in 3 of your employees is managing an aging parent, their own home, and trying to remain present and productive at work, in secret, running on empty. More Than Heart™ gives them real answers, real support, and a community that meets them where they are. This is the benefit that changes everything.

Human Always

Human Always™ Training & Certification

You Know What the Notes Say. You Never Know What’s Behind the Door.

You have dispatch. You have care notes. You have protocol. But every door you walk through opens to a human being scared, proud, confused, or just trying to hold onto who they are. The Other Side of the Door™ is the training that prepares first responders, care staff, home health nurses, and healthcare teams for what the paperwork never tells you. Not just how to do the job. How to provide dignity while you do it.

More Than Information. Real Support.

These programs were created to help people navigate aging, caregiving, and leadership with practical guidance, meaningful connection, and dignity-centered solutions that create lasting impact.

Community Support Room

The Community Support Room is a private membership for family caregivers and aging adults seeking practical, ongoing support. Positioned as “the room you find when you’ve been holding everything alone,” it offers round-the-clock access to resources for the real, often overwhelming moments of caregiving.

Members receive:

  • Monthly live Q&A sessions with “Sam”, a practitioner with 35 years of experience
  • A full on-demand replay library covering dementia, grief, family dynamics, planning, and more
  • Downloadable scripts, checklists, and guides for difficult conversations
  • A peer community active at all hours
  • Topics covered include dementia and memory care, family conversation scripts, care transitions, caregiver burnout, driving and independence, end-of-life conversations, and anticipatory grief.

Pricing:

  • $30/month (cancel anytime)
  • $300/year (two months free)
  • Employer-sponsored access (no cost to employee where applicable)

The room is designed for people not yet in crisis as much as those already in one — the emphasis is on building support before things escalate. Privacy is central: employers cannot see member activity, and enterprise accounts include alias protection.

Employee Benefit

Caregiving doesn’t stay outside the workplace. It shows up as missed time, interrupted focus, and the quiet loss of good employees who can no longer make work and caregiving fit together.

The More Than Heart™ Employee Benefit Program gives your team practical caregiving education, trusted tools, live guidance from a 35-year gerontologist, and a dignity-centered place to turn — before confusion becomes crisis.

Programs scale to fit organizations of any size, from small businesses to enterprise, with options for branded access, custom onboarding, and manager education. Request information to find the right fit for your team

Human Always™ Professional Training

Professional Training for the Moments When Dignity Matters Most

Human Always™ training helps first responders, care professionals, healthcare teams, and community organizations recognize the whole person behind the emergency, diagnosis, behavior, or need.

Our featured program, The Other Side of the Door, is a dignity-centered training built for EMS, firefighters, law enforcement, and emergency personnel who enter private homes during moments of crisis. Responders may know why they were called — but they don’t yet know the full story waiting on the other side of the door.

Available in 3-hour and 6-hour formats, live or virtual. Request information to bring this training to your team.
